Torah Question of the Week: When you are part of a group, how important is it to you to be recognized? As such Does it matter whether you are on the list of participants? In this week’s Torah portion, Moses and Aaron are commanded to count the Israelites by tribe and clan and name… but only the males of military age. What does it say to you if you are left off of a list, either inadvertently or by design? Does it make you question whether you belong?
