Shabbat Shalom!

Torah Question of the Week: When you dislike someone, do you act on it? How does it influence your interactions with that person? Does that dislike spill over into your relationships with other people? In this week’s Torah portion, we are commanded not to hate another in our hearts – and not to take vengeance or hold a grudge. How can you ensure that, even when you dislike someone, that you treat them kindly and fairly, and you do not allow your feelings to fester in your heart?

Please join us for Shabbat Services this week! Friday night’s Kabbalat Shabbat service is our annual Women’s League Shabbat and it will be preceded by a delicious dinner prepared by our Culinary Institute. The dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. and the service will start at 8:00 p.m. Saturday morning’s Shabbat Mishpacha service will begin at 10:00 a.m. I hope to see you at one or the other or both! Our services are multi-access – in person and on Zoom. Details are in your Shabbat Preview. Shabbat Shalom!
