Wondering what we discussed this past Shabbat? Here is a link to Friday Night’s D’Var Torah: Doing Good Shouldn’t Be Conditional
On Saturday, we discussed Jacob’s exclamation that God was in the place where he dreamed and he did not know it. the name of Isaac. Did it mean that it was a more intense place of God’s presence? Was it that God is present all the time there and not necessarily all the time everywhere else? Or is Jacob saying that he would have prepared had he known God would be there? What do you think?
