Torah Question of the Week: Have you ever had to repeat yourself to ensure you were understood? How did you know you needed to do so? In this week’s Torah portion, God tells Noah twice that God will flood the earth and Noah has to go into the ark with two of each kind of animal. When you repeat yourself, is it so that you will not be misunderstood? Or is it for emphasis? Or both?
