On Saturday, we discussed the splitting of the Sea of Reeds and in what order everything happened. Is it that the Israelites had to go forward before Moses put his staff over the sea, and that Nachshon’s entrance into the sea is what caused the waters to part? Or is it that God said to Moses put your staff over the sea and the waters parted before the Israelites went forward? We also discussed which was the more powerful test of courage?
