Shabbat Shalom: Chukat & Installation Shabbat

Shabbat Shalom!

Shabbat Greetings:

Torah Question of the Week: Have someone ever asked you to cut through your yard on the way from one point to another? What was your response? Were you worried about how they would treat your property? In this week’s Torah portion the Israelites ask for permission to pass through two different kingdoms and in both cases they are denied, which results in war and bloodshed. What do you suppose would have happened if those kingdoms had allowed the Israelites to pass through? Would it have changed the relationship between the communities? How do you establish good relations with your neighbors?

Our special Installation Shabbat is tonight at 7:00 p.m. – in the parking lot and on Zoom! Please join us to thank our outgoing officers and Trustees and to install our new leaders. Shabbat morning services will be tomorrow at 9:30 a.m. I hope we will see you at one or the other or both!

Shabbat Shalom!
