Shalom TBAY! I am thrilled and honored to be writing to you as the new Interim Rabbi here at Temple Beth Ahm Yisrael! Over the past few months, I have been lucky enough to be able to meet many of our members at morning minyan and Shabbat services and at events like the Gala, the Tikkun Leil Shavuot, Yom haZikaron/Yom HaAtzmaut Program, Women’s League, QuaranTBAY Trivia Night, and our Meet & Greets. (Wow, even during the pandemic, TBAY is very active!) I want to extend a special thank you for the to the Search Committee, the Board and Rabbi Mallach – and the Morning Minyan “regulars”– for the warm welcome.

I am so excited to be here and am looking forward to the coming weeks and months together! I hope we can soon gather in person in our beautiful building. Until that is safe, though, I am excited about meeting you and getting to know you by phone, Zoom, email, Facebook and however else we can!
